Group Ticket Information
Group
Reservations & Payment
Advance reservations are required.
Call our Ticket Office at 816.474.6552, Monday through
Friday, between the hours of 10 am and 4 PM. It's a
good idea to have more than one possible date and time.
Tickets must be reserved for
every member of your group who will be attending
the performance--including teachers, students, escorts,
drivers, and siblings--regardless of age.
We strongly recommend one adult for
every 20 students. It is better to over-estimate the
number of tickets when first setting a reservation.
We can always drop some by the time your payment is
due.
We will set up your tickets and send
you an invoice showing the amount due and payment due
date.
Payment is due in full a minimum of
30 days in advance.
The Coterie cannot accept Purchase
Orders.
Payment may be made with check, money
order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, or by bringing
cash to our Ticket Office window.
Once we receive payment, we will send
you confirmation materials, including a bus map and
our free Study Guides.
Once payment has been made, it is
a final sale, with no exchanges, refunds, or cancellations
(in the event of bad weather, however, we have a Snow
Policy).

Bring a group to the Coterie
and SAVE!
The Coterie is a great place for a class, scout group,
birthday party, or special event. Reserve tickets in
advance for groups of 20 or more at a discounted rate:
Weekdays: $5 person;
Friday group nights and weekends: $6 per person.
Weekend Group rates are subject to availability.

Everyone attending the play
must have a paid admission.
Seating
All seating is general
admission* and is done on a first come, first served
basis at the discretion of the house manager. (*Exceptions
are made for special needs with wheelchairs or consideration
for hearing or vision disabilities with advance notice.)
Seating begins one half hour
before the performance begins.
Special
Needs
Please notify the ticket office
if you will need wheelchair seating, an interpreter
for sign language (on non-specified dates), or consideration
for visual disability.
Snow
Policy
Once payment is received all
sales are final with no refund, cancellation or exchanges.
If your school is cancelled due to inclement weather
we will reschedule your group for another performance
of the same show (if available), a different show appropriate
for your grade, or offer a credit to your group for
our next season.
Post Performance Workshops
To enchance your group's
theatre experience, the Coterie offers "Q and A
with the Company" or "Technical Workshop"
