Coterie Theatre Traditions
All seating is general admission. Everyone entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Seating begins 30 minutes before curtain time. Late seating is at the discretion of the management. Unless you are a season ticket holder, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. There is no eating or drinking allowed in the theatre. This includes candy, gum and popcorn.

Exchanges
Ticket exchange privileges are available only to season ticket holders with 24-hour advance notice.
All other ticket orders are final sale with no refund, exchange or cancellation.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are a great surprise for any special occasion. To purchase a gift certificate for any of our
productions or for a Coterie Theatre class, simply call the box office at (816) 474-6552.

Bring a group to the Coterie and SAVE!
The Coterie is a great place for a birthday party, scout group or special event. Reserve and purchase
tickets in advance for groups of 20 or more at a discounted rate: Weekdays: $5 per person; Friday group nights and weekends: $6 per person. Weekend group rates are subject to availability, To make group reservations, call (816) 474-6552.

Discounts
Employees of companies who participate in an Employee Discount Benefit Program receive
substantial savings on ticket prices. Check with your company regarding their participation
in the program or visit www.thecoterie.com for a listing of participants. New companies
are encouraged to join by calling (816) 474-6785, ext. 221. Discount offers may not be combined.

Special Needs
If anyone in your family or group has a special need - such as a wheelchair space or accommodations for hearing or visually impaired persons - please let the box office know when you make your reservations.

Infants and Toddlers
Because live theatre places special demands on the audience we do not recommend bringing
very young children to our performances. We have found that children under 5 years of age
are easily distracted during live productions. All infants and toddlers must have a paid admission.
If they are disruptive during the performance, please take them to the lobby as a courtesy to others.

Free Crown Center Parking
Park inside Crown Center’s secure retail parking garage. It’s only a few steps inside to the Coterie’s door.
Remember to bring your ticket with you and get it validated at the Coterie box office for all-day free parking.
